Moto Staging Area is located at Oak Mountain State Park MAP

Need a total of 12 motos. More motos are welcome. Trikes and sidecars are limited to two for this event.

We cannot guarantee you an event T-shirt unless we know you are coming.

The Buster Britton Memorial Triathlon is 13 miles and is on a course used the past several years through the state park on a fast but challenging course. The course a one loop / out-and-back course on the main park drive (Findlay Drive) and Terrace Drive. There will be a limit of 500 racers in the event.

Meet at 7:00 am and most of the motorcycles are done by 9:30 am with most done before.

Please let us know your shirt size especially if you need a 2XL or larger.

2009 Photos and Information

The 2009 Buster Britton Triathlon is in the books and despite some hard rain the triathlon was completed.

Alex Woodward was the overall male winner with a time of 55:34 and bicycle course time of 33:50

Johanna Gartman was the overall female winneer with a time of 1:05:06 and a bicycle course time of 39:51
